Privacy Information Request Process

If you wish to confirm whether we hold personal data about you, or request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, cessation of provision to third parties, or exercise any other rights under GDPR or APPI, please submit a request through our Privacy Information Request Form below.

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and respond within the time limits required by applicable laws (normally within 30 days). We may contact you for additional information if necessary to locate your records. Certain data may be exempt from disclosure under applicable laws, such as information that may harm the rights or safety of others or information retained to comply with legal obligations.
